Acceptable time for Returns

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot process any return requests.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Proof of purchase within 30 days
  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Come with all original packaging and accessories
  • Have the original labels and tags attached

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Products beyond the warranty period
  • Non-quality related issues after 30 days of purchase.
  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., accidents, extreme temperatures, water immersion)
  • Damage due to misuse (e.g., dropping, improper operation)
  • Free products or promotional items
  • Custom-made or personalized products

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For quality-related issues, SunduHome will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Note: If you use a SunduHome prepaid shipping label for your return, SunduHome will be responsible for any damage or loss during transit. If the return is not due to a quality issue, the buyer is liable for any damage or loss during shipping. SunduHome will not refund for non-quality related claims if the product is damaged in return transit.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team via email at service@sunduhome.com. within the 30-day window, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return the Item: Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a return label (if applicable). Ship the item back to us using the provided label or your preferred carrier, ensuring it meets all the return conditions.
  3. Inspection: We'll conduct a quality check on the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.
  4. Estimated Refund Timeline: If the returned item passes the inspection, the refund will be processed and sent back via the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
